Jovia Financial Credit Union [2018]Brand Identity / Text Animation Design / Art Direction / Rollout


Jovia Financial Credit Union is a member-owned, non-profit institution based on Long Island, focused on helping members thrive in every stage of life. The goal of the rebrand was to modernize the institution’s look and feel, appealing to a new generation while staying rooted in trust and community. I led the design of the brand identity, steering away from traditional banking visuals in favor of a more lifestyle-driven approach. Working with illustrator Sebastian Curi, we created a vibrant world of characters that reflect the diversity and individuality of Jovia’s members.

From print collateral and social media to member communications, signage, and digital platforms, I helped bring the brand to life across every touchpoint. I also contributed to art direction for illustration, photography, and environmental design—making sure everything felt cohesive, clear, and true to the brand’s optimistic tone. My role touched nearly every part of the rollout, maintaining high standards while building something fresh, friendly, and future-facing.
